Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order on www.tommiecopper.com or call our Customer Service Department (855-851-5100).
- Most Tommie Copper® products come with a 60-day money back guarantee, which begins the day your order ships.
- The following products cannot be returned or refunded: Community Wear™ Masks, Weighted Blankets, Pillows, and Undershorts.
- All products must be returned in their original condition.
- Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
- If your returned items were purchased using a coupon or promotion, we will subtract the value of the coupon or promotion from your return credit.
- Refunds will be issued in the payment form that they were originally received. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Returns will only be processed for orders placed either online at www.tommiecopper.com or with the Tommie Copper® Customer Service Team. Please note that our flagship store cannot process returns for online orders.
- E-Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
- If a return is less than the total amount of an order paid for with an E-Gift Card, the refund will be placed on the E-Gift Card used.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
