Tommie Copper® proudly guarantees the quality, performance, and fit of all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your Tommie Copper® purchase or gift, simply return the item within 60 days of purchase for a refund. Please note, it can take up to ten business days for your refund to be credited upon Tommie Copper® receiving your returned package.

- We offer free even exchanges if you would like to exchange for a different size or color of the same product.
- The following products are Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded: Weighted Blankets, Pillows, and Stockings.
- Community Wear™ Face Masks, Gaiters, Undershorts, and Tommie's Pharmacy products must be returned in original UN-OPENED packaging. We will not accept returns or issue refunds if the packaging seal is broken, and we cannot send the item back.

- BOGO Free Returns Policy: Returning One Item - If a qualifying item in your order is returned, refund value will be reduced by the prorated discount amount of the item.
- All products must be returned in their original condition.
- Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. You may also use our no-hassle returns portal (click orange button above) and get a pre-paid return shipping label. There is $12.50 fee that will be deducted from your refund for the use of the pre-paid return shipping label.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed after your returned item has been received.
- Refunds will be issued in the payment form that they were originally received.
- The online return portal can only be used for orders placed either online at www.tommiecopper.com or with the Tommie Copper® Customer Care Team over the phone. If you purchased Tommie Copper products through a source other than www.tommiecopper.com, you will need to follow the specific return instuctions from that source.
