In May of 2020, Tommie Copper donated 100 pairs of Compression Socks to front line workers at NYU Winthrop Hospital to aid in relief of nurses and doctors during this unprecedented time. We always work to support our 12 hour warriors, but felt that this team needed and deserved extra relief. NYU Winthrop has a 591 bed medical academic center with an ACS Level 1 Trauma Center in the NY Tri-state area, home to one of the largest upticks in the Corona Virus outbreak. We thank all healthcare professionals and are proud to continue partnering with these courageous teams of talented heroes.
In May of 2020 Tommie Copper worked with a retired RN from Elmhurst Hospital in Queens, New York to arm front line COVID-19 Emergency Room workers with compression products to keep them going. Elmhurst hospital is considered an epicenter for the pandemic outbreak and we salute their swift and dedicated work. Tommie Copper is proud to have donated 200+ pairs of socks along with a gift card for all Emergency Room doctors and nurses located at Elmhurst Hospital to shop at tommiecopper.com to support their personalized pain management needs.
