What is the difference between Core, Performance and Pro-Grade Compression products?

Core: Our Core compression apparel and accessories support everyday movement, facilitate recovery, and minimize overworked muscle soreness.

Performance: Our Performance product line provides extra support and are tailored in heavy weight fabric with ergonomic paneling and contoured seams for targeted compression.

Pro-Grade: Our Pro-Grade products are our most innovative and technical compression garments. They feature maximum support for relief & recovery.

How should it fit?

You can determine sizing by clicking the "Sizing Chart" link on each product page. If your measurement falls between sizes for a compression product, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more gentle compression or the smaller size for a more firm compression.

How long should I wear my Tommie Copper® compression products?

At Tommie Copper® we have designed our products to take the pain and difficulty of wearing compression apparel out of the equation, so you can wear it all day at work, rest, or play.

How do I wash and dry my Tommie Copper® products?

We recommend following these care instructions to maximize the durability your Tommie Copper® products.

All Tommie Copper® products are machine washable. Product specific washing instructions are also located on the garments’ tag, collar, or packaging.

Wash in cold water with like colors. Do NOT use bleach or fabric softener.

Tommie Copper® sleeves, socks, tops, and bottoms are dryer safe. Tumble dry on a gentle setting and do NOT use dryer sheets.

Tommie Copper® gloves and accessories should be air-dried.

How long do these products last?

Tommie Copper® garments are designed to last 50+ washes. By following our washing instructions, you can maximize the life of your garment.

How do I reset my Tommie Copper® account password?

To reset your account password, go to “My Account” in the top right corner of the Tommie Copper® homepage. If you are already logged in, select the "ACCOUNT SETTINGS" link from the top menu list.  Enter your Current Password, New Password, Confirm Password. If you are not logged in, enter your email address and select the "Forgot Password" link. Check your email inbox (including junk and spam folders) for your password reset instructions.

How do I apply a coupon code to my order?

When you are ready to checkout 

Once you have added all your items to the shopping cart, click "Proceed To Checkout". On the right side of the Checkout page, click the link for "Coupon/Gift Certificate" and enter your coupon code into the field and click "APPLY". Coupon codes must be added to your shopping cart prior to completing checkout.
