What is Tommie Copper®?

Tommie Copper® was founded in 2010 with the simple goal of helping people live comfortable, healthy, happy lives. We call it Wearable Wellness.

Our comfortable compression apparel, sleeves, socks, and orthotics are designed for every day wear, providing muscle recovery, support, improved circulation, and helping to reduce pain and swelling. We believe in wearable wellness and engineer our products with our exclusive 4D multi-directional weave, patent-pending, Copper Znergy® technology that eliminates odor causing microbes on the fabric and provides UPF 50+ protection from the sun’s harmful rays. At Tommie Copper® we are dedicated to dressing well, supporting and improving your life at work, sport or play, every day.

What is the difference between Core and Performance Compression products?

Core: Our Core compression apparel and accessories support everyday movement, facilitate recovery, and minimize overworked muscle soreness.

Performance: Our Performance line of sleeves for active lifestyles are tailored in heavy weight fabric with ergonomic paneling and contoured seams for targeted compression.

How do I determine sizing? Is there a sizing chart?

You can determine sizing by clicking the "Sizing Chart" link on each product page. If your measurement falls between sizes for a compression product, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more gentle compression or the smaller size for a more firm compression.

How long should I wear my Tommie Copper® compression products?

Tommie Copper® compression products can be worn all day to provide relief from everyday aches and pains. We recommend wearing our Recovery compression socks, sleeves, gloves, tops and bottoms during light physical activity while you're at work or around the house - all day, every day.

We recommend wearing our Performance compression sleeves, socks, and bottoms during moderate to intense physical activity while you're exercising, playing sports, or on the job as they provide additional support.

How do I wash and dry my Tommie Copper® products?

We recommend following these care instructions to maximize the durability your Tommie Copper® products.

All Tommie Copper® products are machine washable. Product specific washing instructions are also located on the garments’ tag, collar, or packaging.

Wash in cold water with like colors. Do NOT use bleach or fabric softener.

Tommie Copper® sleeves, socks, tops, and bottoms are dryer safe. Tumble dry on a gentle setting and do NOT use dryer sheets.

Tommie Copper® gloves and accessories should be air-dried.

Is Tommie Copper® sold individually or in pairs?

Tommie Copper® gloves, wrist sleeves, and socks are sold in pairs. All other products are sold individually.

How long do these products last?

Tommie Copper® garments are designed to last 50+ washes. By following our washing instructions, you can maximize the life of your garment.

How do I order a catalog?

E-mail info@tommiecopper.com and indicate you would like a catalog. Please include your name and mailing address. Catalogs typically take 2-4 weeks for delivery. You may also contact customer service at 1.855.692.8291 and order a catalog from one of our customer service representatives.

Which web browsers provide the best experience on the
Tommie Copper® site?

Tommie Copper® recommends using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browsers.

How do I reset my Tommie Copper® account password?

To reset your account password, go to “My Account” in the top right corner of the Tommie Copper® homepage, select the "REGISTER/LOG IN" link from the drop down menu and click the "Forgot your Password" link. Enter your email address and check your inbox (including junk and spam folders) for your password reset instructions.

How do I apply a coupon code to my order?

Once you have added all your items to the shopping cart, please enter your coupon code into the "DISCOUNT CODE" field on the shopping cart page, hit "APPLY" and then proceed to checkout. Coupon codes must be added to your shopping cart prior to completing checkout.

Tommie Copper® Inc. coupons and promotions are only valid for orders shipping within the continental United States at this time.

Can I combine coupons?

Only one coupon code can be applied per order. Multipack promotions (if eligible) do not require coupon codes and will automatically be applied to your order. Multipack discounts are not applicable to products located in the Tommie Copper® Outlet.

Tommie Copper® Inc. coupons and promotions are only valid for orders shipping within the continental United States at this time.

Can you apply my discount after I've completed my order?

Tommie Copper® cannot retroactively apply coupons to orders. Coupons must be applied in your shopping cart before your order is finalized.

Can I add to, change or cancel my order once it has been submitted?

Unfortunately, once payment has been submitted, additions, changes or cancellations cannot be made to the order.

What do I need to know about purchasing an E-Gift Card?

What do I need to know about redeeming an E-Gift Card?

  • Tommie Copper® reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or freeze E-Gift Card transactions for suspected fraud or where in violation of Tommie Copper® policies.
  • E-Gift Cards and balances are not transferable.
  • Tommie Copper® E-Gift Cards are only redeemable on U.S. orders placed directly through www.tommiecopper.com, or by calling customer service at 855-692-8291 and selecting option 1.
  • To use a Tommie Copper® E-Gift Card, you will need to be logged into your account as you check out. If you do not have a Tommie copper® account, please create one prior to checking out.
  • To check the balance of you E-Gift Card, please log into your account at www.tommiecopper.com and click account dashboard. Please feel free to contact customer service at 855-692-8291 and select option 1. You must be the holder of the E-Gift Card to check your balance and you will need the E-Gift Card number.
  • Lost or stolen E-Gift Cards will not be replaced without the required proof of purchase.
  • E-Gift Cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
  • If the value of your E-Gift Card is greater than the amount of your total purchase, you will be able to use the remaining balance for future purchases.
  • If the value of your E-Gift Card is less than the amount of your order total, you must use credit card or PayPal to complete the purchase.
  • If merchandise purchased using an E-Gift Card is returned, the dollar amount of the refund will be added to the balance of the E-Gift Card used. Refunds for returns will be reloaded on E-Gift Cards on a priority basis over other methods of payment used in original order.
  • An E-Gift Card cannot be used to purchase an E-Gift Card.
  • Up to five (5) E-Gift Cards can be used per order.
  • Tommie Copper® E-Gift Cards are only redeemable on U.S. orders placed directly through www.tommiecopper.com or by calling customer service at 855-692-8291 and selecting option 1.
  • The expiration date of the E-Gift Card is five years from when funds were last added to the card except where prohibited and limited by law.

Will checking out as a guest create an account for me?

No, checking out as a guest will not create an account. Submitting an order using an email address will NOT create an account on tommiecopper.com. If you wish to create an account, you may register by clicking “Register/Log In” under the “My Account” drop down menu on the top right corner of the homepage.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Please note that according to state laws, Tommie Copper® charges taxes in New York, Georgia, Tennessee and North Carolina.

Can I place an International Order online?

In order to place an International Order, please call Tommie Copper® Customer Service at 1.855.692.8291 and press 1. Currently, Tommie Copper® does not accept International Orders online.

Does Tommie Copper® offer a military or first responder
discount verified by ID.me?

Tommie Copper® is proud to partner with ID.me. If you are registered with ID.me, you can receive 15% off your order by verifying your membership with the company during your check-out process. Please note the following:

Can I ship to a shipping and/or billing address with

No, Tommie Copper® only accepts addresses containing characters of the English alphabet and has limitations as to what special characters may be used. If you have any difficulty placing your order please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
