How will my mattress topper arrive?

Your new Tommie Copper® mattress topper will be compressed in a shipping box and arrive on your doorstep via Fed-Ex or UPS with contactless delivery.

How big is the box that the mattress topper arrives in?

Tommie Copper® mattress toppers are compressed, rolled, and shipped in a 8" x 8" x 40" box. Our mattress toppers range in weight from 14-23 lbs. The provided tracking number will allow for you to prearrange for help with moving the larger size box, if needed.

How long does it typically take to receive my mattress topper?

Tommie Copper® mattress toppers are handcrafted and made-to-order in the United States. We typically ship out the mattress topper within 48 hours from receipt of order. Transit time can take 1-7 business days via UPS or FedEx.

Where are Tommie Copper® mattress toppers made?

All Tommie Copper® mattress topper material is 100% made and sourced in the USA. All mattress toppers are constructed at one of our six US facilities.

What is Copper Znergy® Fabric Technology?

Copper Znergy® is a patented fabric technology that infuses the fabric with copper and zinc to provide permanent anti-odor benefits.

Do you take away my old mattress topper?

We currently do not offer any haul-away services for existing mattress toppers.

How long can I keep my Tommie Copper® mattress topper in the box?

Remove from packaging within 1 month of receiving the mattress to prevent damage from long-term compression.

How do I unpack my mattress topper?

Unfold the mattress topper and use only the included letter opener tool to carefully remove the plastic. Attempting to use any other object to open this mattress topper may result in unintended damage and will void the warranty. Roll it to unwrap it and lay it on your bed.

Can I use my mattress topper right away?

Your Tommie Copper® mattress topper will take up to 5 minutes to fully expand.

How do I maintain my Tommie Copper® mattress topper?

Your Tommie Copper® mattress topper is reversible. You can flip it to the side that is more comfortable for you – one side being more plush and the other with more support.

Are Tommie Copper® mattress toppers CertiPUR-US® Cerfitied?

Yes! The foams used in our mattresses are all CertiPUR-US® certified. This means the foam has been tested to meet the CertiPUR-US® rigorous standards for emissions, content, performance, and durability. Specifically, the foam is:

  • Made without ozone depleters
  • Made without PBDEs, TDCPP or TCEP (“Tris”) flame retardants
  • Made without mercury, lead and heavy metals
  • Made without formaldehyde
  • Made without phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission
  • Low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million)
