I bought this shirt for my daughter, it help reduce some of her lower back pain. It is thin and so comfortable to wear. I'll buy her another one so she'll always have it available as needed.
I had my doubts about the claims made by Tommie Copper since I've suffered for quite some time with arthritis in my back and knee. I am writing this for my over 80 year old mother who fell and broke her T7 spinal vertebrea, had it repaired, and then proceded to break T8. She did not want to undergo anesthesia and the possible complications of it again to have T8 repaired. She has much pain and can only stay on her feet or sit in the car for no more than 1/2 hour at a time. The rest of the time she has to sit in a recliner.
I sent the shirt to her. She wore it for the first time yesterday and was on her feet all afternoon and was feeling very good all day and including the end of the day. She enjoys the compression on her body because it supports her spine without binding her and yet she can remain flexible. The shirt must also help with her pain as well. She sounded so happy that she wants me to order more shirts.
The only complaint she has is that the shirt loosened up as the day went on, and it is not as supportive as yesterday. I just spoke with her this evening and we are going to order a medium this time to see if it fits her better. I will update the blog when I learn more.

I have been having hip pain for several years and it was keeping me awake. I started wearing the compression shirt and it has taken most of the pain away. I wear the shirt to bed and 90% of the daytime. I have 4 shirts adn plan on ordering 2 white shirts when they become available. I highly recommend this product.
I have a very hard time believing everything I hear on TV that says it will help relieve pain. My husband has constant back & neck pain and has tried everything. When we saw the Tommie Copper info commercial I was skeptical. My husband wanted to try the shirt and knee pads and suggested I try the women shirt. So I did order shirts for both of us. To my surprise I find that when my back hurts and I wear my shirt I do notice a difference. As a matter of fact I find myself wearing it often. I have gotten good pain relief and increased range of motion from wearing the Women's Compression Shirt for a rotator cuff injury. I also tried the ankle sleeve for an old 2nd degree sprain. It was less effective, probably because the injury was deep, under the ankle bone and perhaps the ankle sleeve couldn't reach it. I look forward to trying the compression shorts.
Love this shirt. I don't have pain but I believe that I have more energy when I am wearing it. I feel much more "supported" than when wearing a regular shirt. I am going to buy 2 more so that I always have one available.
