I purchased a pair of the elbow sleeves for my 78 year old Mom who suffers greatly from degenerative osteoarthritis. Recently, her elbows would ache at night and she would wake up several times a night in substantial pain. Nothing seemed to alleviate her discomfort, not even pain meds. I ran across an ad for Tommie Copper products while on business travel thought I would buy some compression elbow sleeves for my Mom to try to see if that would help. I have battled with chronic tendinitis in my left elbow all my life. As I have aged, the problem has become worse. It got so bad in 2012, that it severely affected my newly resurrected golf game to the point that I had trouble holding a club by itself in my left hand. I have median nerve damage at both my elbows ... The elbow sleeves do give me some relief, much better than if I don't wear them at all ... The only con I have about the sleeves is they seemed to have lost their elasticity at the biceps pretty quickly for a $25.00 sleeve ... I've had thicker ones for less money, that lasted far longer, but I have to admit the TC sleeves, being far thinner, are much more comfortable (especially in the summer).
